Homebuyers Reports and Valuations

This type of inspection is designed for modern properties but does not offer the same depth of advice as a significant defects report. It would merely point out defects but not offer advice on how to rectify them.

Valuations vary from probate to marital and pre-purchase advice. These are based on a property inspection and comparable evidence obtained from similar property sales.
